RMT Mentor & Sports Injury Therapist
Erin Hastings, RMT
Erin Hastings graduated from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2003 to attain registration in both Massage Therapy and Sports Injury Therapy. With her Sports Injury Therapy background Erin has the complete knowledge in the use of modalities, taping, bracing, rehabilitation exercises and stretches for all sports related and non-sports related injuries. In order to fully expand her qualifications even more, Erin has certifications in Hot Stone Massage, Spinning, Personal training and fitness consulting. In her spare time, Erin trains to compete every summer as a tri-athlete. .
